October 1987: APRICOT Co.,Ltd. (former) established.
1987: APRICOT Co.,Ltd (former)acquires selling rights of advertising agency Shinkosha Co.,Ltd. (est. 1956)
January 1, 1995: Yamakawa Corp. amalgamates APRICOT Co.,Ltd. (former) with Kyoei Ltd. (real estate lease and miscellaneous goods sales company)
Furthermore, the publishing departments of Kyobundo Co.,Ltd. are separated, and integrated to form the new company APRICOT Co.,Ltd.
October 1, 1999: the advertising department of APRICOT Co.,Ltd (former) is transferred to Kyobundo Co., Ltd.
